San Francisco: Elon Musk’s Model 3, owned by Elon Musk, was recently spotted on the roads of Pune ahead of its launch in the country, media reported.
The blue-colored entry-level model from the Tesla lineup was reportedly tested in Pune.
The Model 3 is designed for electric performance, with dual-motor all-wheel drive, quick acceleration, long range and fast charging.

According to various reports, the Tesla Model 3 will be launched in India around December 2021 and its price is expected to be around Rs 60 lakh.
The Musk-run company hired senior executives in India who took over some of its operations in the country.
After Musk confirmed Tesla’s arrival in India, Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa said in February that the U.S. electric vehicle and clean energy company would set up its production unit here.
Tesla has already registered its office in Bangalore. Today, he has also stepped up his hiring for senior positions and onboarded IIM Bangalore alumnus Manuj Khurana as Policy and Business Development Manager for India operations.
Tesla has yet to launch any of its electric cars in India or any other country in South Asia. The only Asian market where Tesla is present is China.
